1. Purpose, Method, and Items of Personal Information Collected and Used

The 'Company' collects the minimum personal information necessary from users for membership registration, property recommendation consultations, connecting landlords and tenants, and providing various services.

The scope of this service extends from the application for a property (between landlord and tenant) to the acceptance of such application; the actual execution and performance of a lease agreement are not included within the scope of the service. Procedures following the execution of the contract (drafting the lease agreement, payment of deposits, payment-related activities, etc.) are conducted separately between the parties, and the Company is not involved in these matters. Accordingly, the purposes of personal information collection described below are based on "property application and acceptance of application," rather than "execution of a contract." The provision of information between landlords and tenants is limited to the minimum scope necessary for determining whether to accept an application.

In the case of termination of the service use agreement, the 'Company' shall immediately dispose of the user's personal information, and shall take measures to dispose of information provided to third parties without delay as well.

However, information shared with the other party (name, email) during the property application (chat connection) process shall be immediately deleted upon deletion of the chat, which is an exception to the retention period principle set forth in this section.
